Toukolanpuisto School

Toukolanpuisto School provides education in grades 1-4 of basic education. Our school has about 120 pupils and currently 7 classes.

Toukolanpuisto School is a suitably sized and pleasant school. Our school is located in the district of Kasperi. Pupils come to our school mainly from the residential areas of Kasperi and Hallilanvuori. Our schoolyard and surroundings are stimulating and safe. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area with parks and forests. Within cycling distance is the Hallilanvuori leisure trail, which offers plenty of opportunities for, e.g., P.E. lessons.

Our school has a nice and intimate atmosphere. We pay attention to the well-being of both our pupils and staff. Pupils’ opinions are expressed through student activities.

We are implementing the City of Seinäjoki’s Yhdessä Yhteistyöllä (Together Through Cooperation) strategy, which emphasises the role of positive and constructive culture in everyday school life.
We also emphasise the importance of physical activity and functionality in everyday school life.
