Communications and marketing
The communications and marketing of the City of Seinäjoki support the implementation of the City’s strategy. The objective of communications is clear, proactive and engaging communication and publicity.
Marketing is carried out to highlight Seinäjoki’s strengths as it competes for residents and talent. Communications and marketing promote the City’s attractiveness and growth and the satisfaction of residents.
Tasks of communications and marketing:
- responsibility for the planning, implementation and development of communications and marketing
- responsibility for the City’s brand and reputation management and the consistency of its visual look
- development of the City’s website and its social media content
- promotion and development of media cooperation
- coordination of incident and crisis communications
- ensuring stakeholder communications
