Winter maintenance and on-call service

Winter maintenance includes snow ploughing, removing the packed snow and ice, gritting, salting, snow removal, and maintaining the storm water gutters clean.

Streets are ploughed in the order of their maintenance category. The ploughing begins when ploughing standards set by the technical committee of the city have been reached.

The holder of the property is responsible for removing the snow walls caused by ploughing at the entrance to the property, on the pavement, and next to the pavement.
